Fundado en 1966 por Santiago Revuelta en Madrid. Un lugar castizo, madrileño 100%, casi siempre lleno a rebosar e incluso con cola para entrar, sobre todo las mañanas de los domingos. Cañas Mahou para acompañar su bacalao frito, entre los mejores de la ciudad. También ⇒torreznos. Martes: albóndigas de ternera; Martes y miércoles: excelentes callos; Viernes y sábados: calamares en su tinta.
Fondato nel 1966 da Santiago Revuelta a Madrid. Un posto autentico, madrileno 100%, spesso pieno. A volte, soprattutto la domenica mattina, c`è perfino la coda. Birrette alla spina Mahou accompagnano il loro baccalà in pastella, tra i migliori in città. Ci sono anche ⇒torreznos Martedì: polpette di vitello; Martedì e mercoledì: Ottima trippa alla madrilena; Venerdì e sabato: calamari al nero di seppia.
